An award winning SME MSP is looking for a Technical Services Consultant to develop a technical relationship with clients to align them to the business's process and outcomes.
The TSCwill create deep trust with the clients and provide strong consultative value.You'll be the trusted advisor clients rely on, blending strong technical skills with commercial awareness and clear communication, ensuring the best possible service for clients.What You'll DoAlign clients to a standardised tech stackIdentify and resolve recurring technical issuesDeliver recommendations monthly to improve client environmentsConduct client site visits 4 times per week, proactively improving all aspects of the MSP service offering to the client.Create clear documentation to ensure smooth handover to relevant team for problem resolution.Communicate with internal teams and clients clearly and effectivelyHold the technical knowhow to fix smaller issues on the spot (when possible).




What You BringMSP experience (Level 1.5+ Service Desk or higher)Solid knowledge of M365, Azure, Hyper-V, servers, networking and firewallsHands-on with tools like N-Able, ConnectWise, Autotask and ITGlueStrong documentation skills and stakeholder managementConfident working across technical, operational and client-facing areaWhat You Need to SuceedA proactive hollistic approach (You are the IT guru these clients need)Robust and clear communication (These end users aren't as techy as you and will need help understanding)A passion for client satisfaction (We aren't just ticking boxes, we are working together for the same goal)A love for the game (You will be aligning IT day in and day out, but wouldn't have it any other way)Why This RoleJoin a team that values proactive work over reactive firefighting.
