The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Veterans Case Manager for the Housing Pathways Program Prisons, based in Sunshine, VIC.
You will provide person-centred case management to veterans at risk of homelessness, connecting them with housing, services and community resources.This fixed-term full time role runs for 12 months with on-site work in Sunshine and occasional prison outreach.
