We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to lead our store at Westfield Chatswood, and make it the ultimate shopping destination for Korean Beauty in Australia.About the RoleAs the Retail Store Manager, you'll be a leader in overseeing day-to-day retail operations, inducting, leading and developing the retail team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

On any given day, you will:Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.Assist in recruiting and training new team members.Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.Ensure high standards and consistent customer experienceProvide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.Collaborate with the founder,



operations and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns.Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support teamWork with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mindWhat You'll Bring to this RoleTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:2+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role (beauty industry is a bonus!) .
Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven customer service abilities with a track record of robust sales results.A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge.Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives.Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment for the team.Backstage at Nudie GlowAt Nudie Glow, we provide a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a thriving Australian business.
