Open to candidates nationwide — relocation assistance available for top talent.Service Stream's Utilities division is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Brisbane team on a full-time, permanent basis.The Mechanical Fitter will perform routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance on water and wastewater treatment and delivery infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
The role also includes delivering small minor works projects and contributing to the ongoing improvement of critical infrastructure operations within the region.Key ResponsibilitiesFault findingEquipment repairInstallationCommissioningDecommissioning of assets and plant systemsProvide technical support to engineers and operational teamsAssist with scoping and estimating worksEnsure all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficientlyPromote teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvementSupport apprentices, collaborate across disciplines,
