EVT Limited is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley.
You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, support senior chefs, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen workplace.Responsibilities include following recipes, managing stock, and participating in busy service periods across multiple hotel kitchens.
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards it) and legal right to work in Australia are required.
