Hatz off bbq Pty Ltd is seeking a Kitchenhand/Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team on a casual basis.
Based in Taren Point, NSW ****, this role is pivotal to delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

This casual position offers flexibility whilst providing the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to excellence in food service.What you'll be doingPrepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standardsMaintain a clean and hygienic kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and best practicesAssist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating and portioning ingredientsMonitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure dishes are prepared to specificationPlate and present dishes in an appealing manner that reflects our brand standardsRotate stock and manage inventory to minimise waste and maintain freshnessCollaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak timesFollow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and food itemsSupport senior kitchen staff with additional tasks as required to maintain operational excellenceWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Kitchenhand or Cook in a busy hospitality environmentWorking knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,
