you'll report directly to the Venue Manager and be responsible for leading front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional customer service.Key Requirements:Approved Managers CardWA RSA CertificateStrong bar and front-of-house experienceMinimum 2-3 years of bar and front-of-house experience in hospitality venuesAbility to thrive under pressure in quick-paced settingsExperience with POS systems and online booking platformsLegal right to work in AustraliaHands-on, self-driven, and a true team playerAvailability:Flexibility is essential.
