Form Commercial Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various physical tasks, contributing to the efficient delivery operations of our company.Key Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks with various goods and materials to ensure timely deliveriesAssist in the organisation and maintenance of vehicles and warehousePerform local deliveries to different job site in various vehicles (All car license)Collect trucks early mornings for deliveries to sitesFollow safety protocols to maintain a protected work environmentCollaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and accuratelyPerform other labour-related duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in a labourer role or similar position is preferred, but not required (previous experience with cabinetry advantageous)MUST hold C class manual driver's licenseForklift license advantageous but not requiredAbility to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasksStrong work ethic and attention to detailGood communication skills and ability to work in a teamMust be reliable and punctualFull time employment, annual leave, sick pay.Opportunities for career advancement and skill development within the joinery/fit out trade.
