The role requires mise-en-place, stock control, and adherence to quality standards while maintaining a secure, hygienic work environment.The successful candidate will have at least Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and 3+ years in a similar role, with strong cooking methods knowledge and OH&S; awareness.
Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
