Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you'll partner with medical educators, training coordinators, and stakeholders to maintain training quality, support registrars, and deliver key program initiatives.As our Program Support Officer, you'll also:coordinate and deliver administrative and logistical support for GP training activities, workshops, assessments, and events.provide accurate and timely support to registrars, supervisors, and internal teams, including managing inquiries and documentation.maintain records, update systems, and ensure compliance with program processes and reporting requirements.collaborate with medical educators and operations staff to support training coordination, accreditation, and continuous program improvement.Skills And ExperienceStrong admin and event coordination experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities effectivelyHigh-level customer service and problem-solving skillsBenefits Of Working With UsMaximise your pay - Salary package up to $15,900 tax-free for living expenses, plus additional options for meals, entertainment and novated leases,
