exit and condition reports using inspection softwareCapture and document clear and consistent photographic evidenceIdentify maintenance issues and accurately document findingsCommunicate professionally with tenants and property managersEnsure inspections are completed accurately and within required timeframesProvide completed inspection information to the business owners for report preparation, review and issue to clientsAbout YouYou will be someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work and enjoys working autonomously.To be successful, you will have:Previous experience conducting property inspections or working within residential property managementExcellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence using inspection software and mobile technology, or a willingness to learnStrong organisation and time management skillsCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleA professional, friendly and customer-focused approachIf you are new to property inspections but have the right attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to learn, we will provide training and support to help you succeed in the role.What We Offer$35 per hour + superKilometre reimbursement for approved business travelFlexible working arrangementsInspection opportunities that grow as our client portfolio expandsOngoing support and quality assurance from the business ownersA culture that values quality over quantityThe ability to work independently while being supported by an experienced teamWhy Join PM Collaborative?
