Client facing consulting experience would be beneficial but not essential if you have experience in managing large complex multidisciplinary projects.Our APAC Planning team is made up of a group of 60+ highly skilled statutory and environmental planners.
Our planners have an enthusiastic approach to life and work and who enjoy the exposure to a national project pipeline.We collaborate closely with our 23 in‐house practices to deliver a comprehensive service to clients across various sectors.
In this role you will enjoy team-oriented working with industry leading professionals across the APAC SLR community.ResponsibilitiesManaging the delivery of planning approvals of varying levels of complexityDelivering planning analysis and research via a commercially astute lens to confidently deliver exceptional resultsLeading and working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectorsDeveloping,
facilitating and enhancing effective relationships with our clients and internal SLR team members, particularly, across other technical disciplinesWorking closely with the team lead to drive team and company growthConducting thorough technical reviews and mentoring / development of junior staffLiaising with clients, councils, consultants & other government agenciesUsing your expertise to work across multi-disciplinary projects within a consulting environmentBusiness development and high-level client relationship managementExperienceNot only will you bring a great attitude and enthusiastic approach to your work, you will also have:A degree in Town Planning or equivalentExperience in the preparation and delivery of planning advice and Planning Permit Applications, with an understanding of both environmental and land use planning permits highly regardedDemonstrated experience coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projectsA thorough understanding of project budgets and deliverables while maintaining excellent client service that we are known forStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work unsupervised as well as part of a teamAbility to take the initiative and be proactive in your workplace and implement new ideasWe are proud of our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
