We're looking for a driven and knowledgeableStore Managerto lead our Beckenham store and play a key role in the continued growth of the TackleWest brand.This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who lives and breathes fishing, enjoys leading a team from the front, and takes pride in running a high‐performing specialty retail store.About the RoleAs Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of the store while maintaining the high standards TackleWest is known for.
You'll combine your fishing knowledge with strong leadership and retail skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresCoach, train, and motivate the in‐store teamDeliver outstanding customer service backed by genuine fishing knowledgeProvide expert product advice and tackle solutions to customersManage stock levels, merchandising, and overall store presentationOversee rosters, cash handling,
