About the Role
As a Shift Coordinator, you'll lead frontline teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you'll be the key escalation point on shift, ensuring operations run smoothly while fostering a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and support shift teams to meet production targets and KPIsDrive a strong safety-first culture,



including incident reporting and investigationsEnsure product quality and compliance standards are consistently metCoordinate workflows, resources, and materials to optimise efficiencyCoach, mentor, and develop team membersMonitor performance, address issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiativesDeliver toolbox talks and promote team engagement initiativesOversee shift reporting, documentation, and handovers
What You'll Bring
3–5 years' experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role within manufacturingProven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational processesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsExperience coordinating production schedules and managing workflowsProficiency in MS Office and production/reporting systemsExperience in grains, stockfeed, or agricultural manufacturing
