What will I be doing?
As a Valet Driver – Concierge, you will be assigned to work in the Concierge Department and while your key focus will be the parking and delivery of guest cars from the car park you will also be required to:Provide outstanding customer service to our guests by providing a warm and professional greeting upon arrival to our hotelAssist guests with their luggage on arrival and departureBeing able to recommend local tours and tourist attractionsEnsure all guest deliveries and messages are received effectively and efficientlyWhat are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, it is desirable for you to have:Passion for customer service and providing exceptional experiences to all our guestsPositive attitude and valuable communication skillsIndependence & the ability to work under pressureExcellent grooming standards, with uniform supplied and cleaned by the hotel.Australian work rightsA current full driver's license with the ability to drive manual cars
