Federal Hospitality Equipment is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse Administration & Dispatch Assistant to join our Victorian warehouse team.
This is a hands-on administration role supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy warehouse.
You will work closely with our warehouse, sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are processed correctly, dispatches are organised efficiently and communication is handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer sales orders and preparing orders for dispatch
Coordinating daily dispatches, deliveries and customer collections
Preparing and processing delivery documentation
Booking freight and liaising with transport companies
Responding to warehouse and dispatch-related emails
