In this part‐time Facilities Officer role, you will coordinate facilities, front‐of‐house services and core administration.
You will gain experience in a complex university environment while working within a collaborative, supportive professional team.What you will deliverCoordinate day‐to‐day facilities operations, including space allocation, office moves, labs, and timely enquiry responses.Maintain accurate records and databases for offices, assets, graduate laptops, inspections and facilities‐related documentation.Provide front desk support, delivering professional customer service to students, staff and visitors, and managing access requests.Process invoices, reimbursements and purchasing card reconciliations, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and timelines.Develop and maintain efficient filing, records management and administrative systems aligned with University policies.You may be a great fit if youHold a diploma‐level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field,
supported by administrative work history.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear customer service focus across diverse stakeholders.Manage competing priorities, coordinate workflows and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced, detail‐oriented environment.Work effectively both independently and within a team, using initiative and sound judgement in day‐to‐day decisions.Use Microsoft Office and web editing software with high proficiency to support systems, records and communications.Bring experience or understanding of higher education.For further information please refer to the attached PD.What we offer you!
