families, and care workers.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll ensure care is delivered smoothly, safely, and consistently — while supporting and developing our frontline teams.Your Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage staff rotas, ensuring appropriate travel time and breaksMatch carers to clients based on skills, preferences, and locationManage recent referrals from private clients and social servicesSupport assessments, care planning, and care package reviewsCommunicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsCarry out risk assessments, reviews, and care worker supervisionsEnsure care documentation and client records are accurate and up to dateSupport weekly KPIs, logbook drops, and team meetingsOrganise and participate in supervisions, appraisals, and trainingTake part in the on-call rota, including alternate weekendsProvide occasional support to neighbouring branches when requiredProud member of the Disability Confident employer schemeAbout Disability ConfidentDisability Confident is a government scheme.
