Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients and clients to achieve optimal health outcomes through comprehensive, consumer-centred care.This role is primarily based at University Hospital Geelong and/or McKellar Centre, with opportunities to work across other Barwon Health sites.
You will manage a clinical caseload, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and participate in team-based care planning.
