This position is working on a casual roster approx ***** hours a week.This will include some Saturdays.An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning jewellery team.
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant with proven retail sales experience.Jewellery and/or retail sales experience in a customer service focused setting will be highly regarded.As the face of our business you will have a mature outlook with outstanding customer service skills.Attention to detail, great personal presentation and pride in the store presentation is essential.Being a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally is a crucial to this position.Saturdays will form part of your roster - you will have some weekends off.




You will need to be available over busy holiday periods.You will be willing to learn and comply with our company policies and procedures.Training will be provided but we expect you have experience in some of the duties below.Your duties will include but not be limited to:Provide exceptional customer serviceSelling to customers and achieving KPI targetsTaking in repairsUsing our POS system to enter data and process salesProcessing customer ordersSmall repairsCleaning and merchandisingReceiving and transferring stockStocktakingApplications close end of business Tuseday 8th September ****
