This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly residents, providing high-quality nursing care and supporting our commitment to person-centred care.Key responsibilitiesProviding comprehensive nursing care to our elderly residents, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring of health conditionsAssessing and developing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each residentCollaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless and coordinated care deliveryMaintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, in accordance with regulatory requirementsActively contributing to the continuous improvement of our nursing practices and aged care servicesPromoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents, families,
