This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment caring for patients undergoing complex cardiac and thoracic procedures.Permanent, full-time opportunity available, working night duty.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in a fast-paced cardiac environmentMonitor and manage post-operative cardiac and thoracic surgery patientsCare for patients undergoing interventional cardiology and structural heart proceduresPerform cardiac monitoring and recognise/respond to patient deteriorationCollaborate closely with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons and multidisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiativesSupport patients and families through recovery and educationYou will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care delivery in alignment with hospital policies.Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum of 12 monthscardiac experienceAbility to work well within a multidisciplinary teamHighly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situationsDemonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situationsExceptional communication skills both written and verbalRemunerationA competitive salary:
