OverviewAs our Breakfast Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising our breakfast service, while maximizing profitability and meeting customer's needs.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring efficient, friendly and skilled food and beverage service is provided to all guests.Providing for guests and patrons an experience and workplace they feel meets their expectations.Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.Liaising with customers and the kitchen team to ensure service times are adhered to.Setting up systems to protect and maintain control of outlet service equipment,



correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.Setting up and maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule for the outlet to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.Ensuring all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.Restaurant InformationDelta Rue is a vibrant Vietnamese-French restaurant created by House Made Hospitality, located on the fifth floor of Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
