K T Civil Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team in Narrabri, NSW.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday position offering a excellent work-life balance and ongoing employment within the mining and civil construction industry.
The successful candidate will primarily operate rigid tippers and water carts, with the prospect to operate a range of other heavy earthmoving equipment depending on experience and competencies.Key responsibilitiesOperating rigid tippers and water carts in mining and civil environmentsConducting daily pre-starts, inspections and basic equipment checksOperating equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with site proceduresWorking closely with supervisors and other operators to coordinate daily activitiesIdentifying and reporting equipment faults or maintenance requirementsCompleting required documentation and operational recordsFollowing all site safety requirements and proceduresOperating additional earthmoving equipment where competent and requiredAbout youPrevious experience operating rigid tippers and water cartsExperience within mining and/or civil constructionStrong commitment to safety and safe operating practicesAbility to work effectively as part of a teamReliable, motivated and willing to assist across different site operationsRelevant competencies, tickets and site inductionsHR or HC Driver License (advantageous)Excavator experienceFront-end loader experienceMoxy / articulated dump truck experienceMonday to Friday rosterFull-time, ongoing employmentCompetitive remunerationTraining and development opportunitiesOpportunity to operate a diverse range of heavy equipmentSupportive and experienced team environmentOpportunity to grow with an established civil and mining contractor
