Location: Sydney, NSWWork Type: Full Time (12 Month Contract)Salary: $90,000 + SuperThis Clinical Coordinator role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a community-based complex care environment, solving clinical and care coordination challenges, and contributing within the disability and in-home support sector.

Unlike similar roles, this position focuses on combining clinical oversight with staff education and support to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for clients living in the community.The Role: Clinical CoordinatorIn this role, you will spend most of your time developing and reviewing care plans, providing clinical support and guidance to support teams, conducting competency assessments, and ensuring compliance with clinical and quality standards.
You'll work closely with clients, families, support workers, allied health professionals, Support Coordinators and internal teams and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to person-centred care, clinical governance, staff capability and service quality.
