your key responsibilities will include:Building and developing client relationshipsLeveraging opportunities across our existing client networkDeveloping new business within your marketSourcing and engaging high-quality candidatesManaging the recruitment process from initial brief through to placementBuilding strong candidate networks and talent pipelinesDeveloping your market knowledge and presenceCollaborating with the wider Corporate Services team and Core Talent businessAbout YouPrevious experience in agency recruitmentCorporate Services or Business Support recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essentialConfident building relationships with both clients and candidatesComfortable developing new business and creating opportunitiesProactive and able to take ownership of your deskAble to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider teamMotivated to build a strong network and presence within your marketWhy Core Talent?
