This is a highly varied role combining project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting and business support.
You'll work closely with brand teams, regional managers, OEM partners and retailers to help manage dealer appointments, onboarding activities, facility programs, network performance reporting and strategic development projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive project manager or administrator looking to broaden their commercial and project experience within a dynamic automotive environment.
You'll gain exposure to network strategy, corporate compliance, dealer operations and cross-functional business projects while working with a wide range of stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate network development projects across multiple automotive brandsMaintain project trackers, documentation and activity schedulesSupport dealer onboarding, relocations, refurbishments and ownership changesCoordinate meetings, approvals and stakeholder communicationsPrepare reports, dashboards and performance summariesAnalyse network and dealer performance dataAssist with market research,



network planning and strategy projectsMaintain accurate records, templates and governance documentationCollaborate with business partners, retailers and internal business teamsSupport the delivery of key network development initiativesAbout youYou are an organised and detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
