You'll work closely with our technicians, Service Advisors and Aftersales leadership team to maximise workshop throughput, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.You will:Lead, motivate and develop the workshop teamManage daily workflow and workshop throughputDrive technician productivity, efficiency and performanceIdentify and resolve operational challenges strategically and adaptivelyMaintain high standards of quality, safety and manufacturer complianceBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with the JLR OEM, ensuring alignment with manufacturer standards, expectations and initiativesWork collaboratively with JLR to support operational performance,



customer experience and ongoing improvementCollaborate with Service Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer journeyIdentify opportunities to improve workshop profitability and performanceContribute to the continued growth and success of the Berwick Land Rover operationAbout YouWe're looking for a performance-driven leader who can create accountability while building a positive, high-performing team culture.You'll ideally bring:Previous experience in an automotive workshop leadership or supervisory roleStrong understanding of workshop operations, productivity and efficiencyFocus on forming and maintaining credible relationships with the JLR OEMA robust understanding of JLR manufacturer processes, standards and expectationsProven ability to lead and develop peopleStrong commercial and problem-solving capabilityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, adaptable and continuous-improvement mindsetThe confidence to lead from the front and make decisions when it mattersWhy Autosports Group?
