$55 - $62/hr (depending on tickets and experience)Fly in, fly outSupportive companyJoin a motivated and supportive team working across large-scale remote projects, ensuring secure and efficient lifting and structural removal works are completed to a high standard.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience as a Rigger in shutdown, structural removal, or heavy industrial environmentsCurrent High Risk Work Licence for Rigging (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)Proven experience with heavy lifts, slinging complex loads, and directing cranesStrong safety focus and commitment to teamworkAbility to follow instructions, lift plans, and work in a fast-paced environmentCurrent Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (highly regarded)White Card and current Driver's LicenceKey ResponsibilitiesSafely sling, hoist,



and direct heavy materials and structural componentsWork closely with crane operators and supervisors to execute complex and heavy lifts safelyInspect, maintain, and correctly store all rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains) and report any defectsAssist with controlled dismantling, structural removal, and installation worksStrictly follow all site safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and engineered lift plansWork collaboratively with the wider shutdown team to ensure project deadlines are met safelyMaintain work areas to safe operating standardsWhat's On Offer$55 - $62 per hour (depending on tickets and experience)FIFO swing 3 weeks on, 1 week off (3:1 roster)Flights, meals, and camp accommodation providedSupportive site teams and a safety-first environmentPossible long-term opportunities for reliable operatorsAbout WorkfastWorkfast is a national labour hire company partnering with some of Australia's largest organisations.
