For all people in Australia living with mental health and wellbeing challenges to live a life that is meaningful to them.Full-Time/Part-Time, PermanentClassification: SCHADS Level 3 with a salary range of $80,087 - $85,877; per annum pro rata if part time + SuperannuationSalary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits for living and entertainment benefits, increasing take home payLocation: Community Living Support Program (Campbelltown, Liverpool or Bankstown)About your new roleAs a Mental Health and Wellbeing Worker within the Community Living Supports (CLS)) program, you will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented psychosocial support to people living with severe and complex mental health challenges.
The role focuses on working alongside people to strengthen independence, wellbeing, and community connection in ways that matter to them.You will deliver individualised, flexible outreach support in community settings, including people's homes, to assist them to build dailyliving skills, improve physical and mental health, and pursue personal goals such as education, employment, stable housing, and meaningful relationships.
