A career at BIG W could be the perfect gig for you.What you'll doOur Merchandise Planners within the Apparel team bring the BIG W purpose to life by developing plans, forecasts and parameters that ensure our range has the right mix, quantity and price to drive sales, profit and optimise inventory.Develop merchandise financial plans informed by top-down and bottom-up data to drive business performanceDevelop category strategy that delivers on financial metricsDevelop models and forecasts to support accurate financial planning and to optimise stock, sales and profitPartner with stakeholders to adhere to the critical path scheduleDevelop the option plan, setting a framework within which Designers/Buyers can select ranges.
Prepare the range review for buy sign off and work with the buyer to ensure range is bought within plan parameters and OTBIn season management of OTB, inventory, profit, accurate replans,
