for you and your immediate familyBe part of a purpose‐driven organisation committed to continuous improvementAbout YouWe're looking for a confident Marketing Specialist with around 5 years' marketing experience who can hit the ground running and take ownership across a range of marketing initiatives.You'll bring:Experience coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and initiativesStrong content creation skills across digital and social channelsExperience with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and digital platformsConfidence using Canva and creating or editing marketing materialsStrong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with different teams and stakeholdersA commercially minded approach and understanding of how marketing can support business outcomes and growthStrong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, agile approach and confidence working in a fast‐paced environmentAbout the TeamYou'll join our Brisbane Support Office and work closely with the Marketing team and centres across Journey, helping turn marketing strategy into practical activity that supports each service and its community.This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the Brisbane Support Office each week, with occasional travel to centres when required.SafeguardingAt Journey Early Learning, the safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority.
