We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success & Account Manager to join a growing, fast-paced business.
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers from their first enquiry through to delivery and ongoing account support.
You'll build strong relationships, prepare quotes, coordinate projects across internal teams and suppliers, and ensure every customer has a smooth, well-managed experience.

and project coordinationMaintaining accurate CRM and internal-system recordsManaging customer communication via email and digital platformsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in customer service, customer success, account management, administration, onboarding or project coordinationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, reliable approach and willingness to take ownershipConfidence explaining processes and guiding customers through requirementsComfort using CRM, order management and digital collaboration toolsAdaptability and a willingness to learn new systems, products and workflowsExperience in packaging, print, design, manufacturing, supply chain or working with physical products will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
Exposure to artwork review, Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator, Xero, or similar finance systems would also be advantageous.Salary on this role will be between $*******,000 + Super.This is a full-time opportunity with genuine scope to grow into broader account-management responsibilities.
