You will need to ensure the efficient scheduling, production and on time delivery of projects across creative and digital departments.Our clients include some of Australia and New Zealand's leading charities including Fred Hollows, Greenpeace, Refugee Council of Australia, Rainforest Rescue, Hunter Medical Research Institute & Youth Off The Streets.Why this role is differentThis is a pivotal role within the agency, responsible for managing the flow of work across our creative, strategy and digital teams.You'll ensure projects are scheduled efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and deadlines are consistently met – all while supporting a positive, solutions-focused team environment.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the scheduling and flow of projects across creative, strategy and digital teamsAllocating work effectively across designers,
writers and freelancers to balance workloads and meet deadlinesMonitoring team capacity and proactively resolving bottlenecks or resourcing challengesCommunicating project status clearly with Account Service, General Manager and internal teamsSupporting teams with clear timelines, workflow direction and quality control (including Creative Director approvals)Managing smaller projects end-to-end where requiredContributing to project profitability by monitoring time vs. estimates and improving efficienciesMaintaining high standards in StreamTime for scheduling, reporting and forecastingParticipating fortnightly WIP meetings and daily stand upsYou will:Bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to competing priorities and deadlinesBe highly organised with strong planning and scheduling abilitiesCommunicate clearly, concisely and kindly across all teamsMake confident decisions to resolve workflow challengesBuild strong relationships, balancing empathy with firmness when neededUnderstand client expectations and the importance of delivery timelinesTake a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processesContribute to a positive, collaborative team cultureSupport efficient, high-quality and profitable delivery of workWork experience and skills:Experience as a Traffic Manager within a creative, digital or integrated agencyStrong background managing workflows across creative,
