Registered Manager – Children's Home (Ofsted) – Up to £54,000This role offers the chance to lead a passionate team, create a nurturing environment, and ensure every child receives high-quality care in a safe and supportive setting.As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this Ofsted-registered children's home.
You will ensure the home is a positive, stable, and caring place where children and young people can thrive, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and leading a motivated and skilled team.What We're Looking ForLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a children's home.In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, inspections, safeguarding, whistleblowing, and supervision practices.Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive for work purposes.Proven ability to lead, inspire,
