These roles work to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for participants by building and maintaining effective relationships with local employers, pro-actively understanding their resourcing needs and successfully matching candidates to opportunities.Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Engaging with jobseekers to understand their goals, skills, and support needsDeveloping tailored employment plans and provide pre‐employment preparationPartnering with employers to identify inclusive opportunities and place candidates into meaningful rolesBuilding strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholdersProviding ongoing post‐placement support to both employees and employersAddressing workplace adjustments, mentoring, and training needs to ensure successMonitoring progress and intervene early to overcome barriers to retentionMaintaining accurate records and compliance with IEA program requirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in employment services, recruitment, disability support,
