We're now looking for an experienced Lead Educator to guide a room, mentor a team, and help every child thrive.If you're passionate about early learning, confident leading a room, and ready to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.About the roleAs Lead Educator, you'll take ownership of your room's program and daily rhythm, building genuine relationships with children and families while leading and supporting your co-educators.
Day to day, you will:Design and deliver an engaging, play-based program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Observe, document and assess children's learning to inform planning and share progress with familiesLead, mentor and support your room team, modelling best practice every dayBuild warm, respectful partnerships with families and communicate openly about their child's developmentEnsure the room meets National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and maintains a safe, healthy, welcoming environmentContribute to the centre's continuous improvement and positive team cultureAbout youYou're an experienced educator who leads with warmth and knows what great practice looks like.
You'll bring:A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
