Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:Manage day-to-day operations Hands on management role, customer service focused Recruitment and staff trainingEnsuring high levels of team performance We are looking for candidates with the following qualities: Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 1-3 years of relevant employment experience;Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced setting and remain calm under pressure; Reliable, punctual and trust worthy; High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;Must work well in a team environment; Positive attitude and passion for cooking; Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Permanent Full-time Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
