EEN or RN for Occupational Medicine ClinicIMMEX is a specialised occupational medical practice which provides treatment and management of injured workers, pre-employment medical assessments, health surveillance, vaccination programs and health and wellbeing services.We are one of Sydney's leading providers and have a great mix of staff who work together and support each other to provide an exceptional customer experience.We are seeking an enthusiastic nurse with experience in general or occupational medicineto assist with pre-employment medicals, injury treatment and other medical assessments at our Waterloo Clinic.Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
No Shift or weekend workThe successful candidate:Must be able to work in this country without restrictionMust have a current (Medication Endorsed) registration with AHPRAMust be a minimum of Enrolled nurse levelMust have a current CPR certificateCertificates in Drug & Alcohol collection and Venipuncture, aredesirableExperience in Spirometry, Audiometry and ECG would be an assetThis positionwill be required to perform the following clinical and administrative duties:Process pre-employment forms and review general health questionnaires.Conduct medical assessments including height, weight, visual testing, urinalysis.Conduct ECG's, spirometry, audiometry,



alcohol breathalyser testing, urine drug testing and pathology collection.Triage and assist in the treatment of injured workersAdminister medications and vaccines under the instruction of a Medical PractitionerLiaise with treating doctors and physiotherapistsAttend to wound dressings.Assist with minor procedures.Clean, disinfect and sterilise medical instruments.Assist with off-site client health visits or health surveillance projectsPerform any other related nursing dutiesData entry in clinical softwarePerform basic admin duties such as responding to client enquiries, making appointments, scanning medical correspondence.
