As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2, you will deliver evidence-based care within a supportive multidisciplinary team, contribute to a positive and collaborative unit culture, and support leadership activities that enhance service quality, Safewards practice and consumer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver holistic, evidence-based nursing care to consumers and carers within an inpatient mental health settingComplete biopsychosocial and risk assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with recovery goalsSupport therapeutic programs, including group and individual psychosocial interventionsMaintain accurate documentation, communication and clinical handover in line with GH policyContribute to a safe, therapeutic environment and support reduction of restrictive practicesParticipate in supervision, student support, quality improvement and portfolio responsibilitiesWork collaboratively within the SECU multidisciplinary team across rotating morning,
