$80,000 - $100,000 PRO RATAWorking closely with the Business Manager and Project/Team Leaders, you'll help keep projects, people and operational requirements running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being part of a busy, collaborative team.What You'll Be Responsible ForBuild and maintain rosters in DeputyCoordinate shift changes and site coverageMonitor timesheets in NetSuite and follow up discrepanciesSupport accurate and timely payroll processingMaintain SWMS, SDS, Work Direction Forms,



pre-starts and project documentationEnsure compliance records are accurate and up to dateAct as a key contact for field teamsAssist with scheduling, PPE, equipment and site requirementsConsolidate field reports and project dataSupport incident reporting, Good Catch systems and corrective actionsProvide day-to-day operational and project administrationAbout YouYou are organised, practical and confident working in a fast-paced workplace.
You enjoy supporting teams, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.You'll bring:Experience in project administration, operations administration or coordinationExcellent communication, writing and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailConfidence with systems, spreadsheets and reportingA proactive, problem-solving mindsetStrong safety and compliance awarenessKnowledge of civil works and vegetation management is highly desirableExperience in rail, gas, mining, resources or similar projects is advantageousExperience with Deputy, NetSuite, SafetyCulture, Microsoft Office or SharePoint is highly regarded but not essentialIf you're organised, proactive and ready to be part of an exciting new role in our Bathurst team, we'd love to hear from you!
