YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for dynamicSite facilitatorto join our team based inScoresby VIC,on apermanent full timebasis.
The primary purpose of the role is to, facilitate outsourced engineering stores services to undertake key activities related to sourcing, buying, and delivering MRO consumables in order to reduce total cost of ownership and deliver increase service levels to the customer.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Source the best product and service mix to meet the customers needs and discuss this solution with the customer identifying the price, stock availability,



product alternatives and expected delivery timeMaintain all stores functions and inventory management systemsContinually review inventory range to ensure stocking requirements meet company KPI stock turnrequirementsSupport after hours requirements as requested by customer in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/managerMaintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation
To be successful, you will have:
Strong customer service skills including written communicationForklift and Drivers Licence Warehousing, Sourcing and logistics experienceComputer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentSecondary educationProduct knowledge SafetyAbility to work on site unloading and filling vending machines
