Barbers/ HairdresserWe are currently looking for skilled and experienced Barbers/ Hairdresser to join our team.
These are permanent, full time positions.ResponsibilitiesProviding advice on hair care, products and hairstylesShampooing hair and conditioning scalpsCutting hair with scissors,
clippers and razorsShaving and trimming beards and moustachesCleaning work areas and sanitizing instrumentsArranging appointments and collecting paymentsProvide consistent experience across all services including haircuts, shaves and beard servicesOpen the shop in the morning and complete open admin tasksEnd of day close/cash reconciliation and handlingQualifications and SkillsAQF Certificate lll or minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Barber/HairstylistCompetent in all haircut styles, fades and on trend styling, as well as all shave and beard servicesUnderstand what is current in the industryA basic understanding of upselling techniques/retail offeringA positive and respectful attitudeLeadership qualitiesSalary range: $79,423 to $85,000
