This role is ideal for someone mechanically minded who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, growing team.About the RoleThis is a key support role focused on keeping our field teams running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for coordinating tools, equipment, and materials, supporting onboarding, and ensuring everything is ready for each job.
No two days are the same – you'll be in the warehouse, supporting the team, solving problems, and making sure operations run efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding of employees and subcontractors, including preparing tools, equipment, and documentationAssist with onboarding processes, including SOP sign-offs for recent techniciansEnsure all tools, materials, and equipment are ready for upcoming jobsCoordinate and issue tools and equipment to technicians and project teamsMaintain plant and equipment to ensure safety, compliance, and reliabilityManage registers for plant, equipment,



and height safety gearConduct test and tagging and maintain compliance recordsMaintain, service, and organise tools and equipmentRespond to technician requests for tools, materials, and replacementsRaise and manage purchase orders for stock and materialsMonitor inventory levels to avoid shortagesPick, pack, and prepare materials for upcoming worksSupport early morning operations, including 6:00am starts, to set teams up for the dayMaintain warehouse organisation and stock controlAbout YouTrade background (Fitter and Turner or similar highly regarded)Mechanically minded with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipmentHands-on and proactive, happy to jump in wherever neededStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExperience with stock control, tools, or equipment managementSafety-focused mindsetForklift licence preferred (or willing to obtain)Experience in construction or a similar industry is highly regardedWhat's on Offer$80,000 – $90,000 + Super (based on experience)Car allowanceCompany phone and laptopFuel cardBunnings cardLong-term career growth within a growing businessSupportive team environment
