With 277 beds, our facility is designed to accommodate high acuity needs, complemented by a fully equipped Emergency Department situated in Bella Vista.We invite you to experience the dedication and excellence that define patient care at Norwest Private Hospital, where innovation meets compassion in a supportive environment for all.Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our CCU, you will:Educate and support patients through recovery, rehabilitation or end‐of‐life careLead or contribute to quality improvement and safety initiativesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for patientsDemonstrate leadership and role‐model safe clinical practiceCurrent AHPRA RegistrationMinimum 2 years' experience in CCU or Critical CareStrong clinical decision‐making and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAvailability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekendsIntermediate computer skills + advanced rhythm interpretation and managementPostgraduate Certificate in Coronary Care or Critical CareWhy Healthscope?
