As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions across all avenues of our business.
You'll be responsible for building talent pipelines, maintaining solid candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.Key responsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for casual and full-time employees.Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.Coordinate pre-employment checks, compliance requirements,



and onboarding activities.Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR Manager.Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand.About youPrevious experience in recruitment, labour hire, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role.Experience recruiting for blue-collar or industrial-based positions is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.Proficiency with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.
