We believe in inclusive workplaces, celebrating different ways of thinking, learning and working — and creating real employment opportunities where people can thrive.We're now looking for a Training and Support Officer to join our Southern Warehouses – a busy, welcoming environment with multiple production and process lines, supported by a diverse workforce.This role is best suited to someone with previous disability support, supported employment, community services or vocational training experience and at least a Certificate IV in Disability or Training & Assessment (or a higher/equivalent qualification).
This is not an office-based support role.
You will spend most of your day on the warehouse floor actively supervising work teams, delivering hands‐on training and participating in production activities alongside employees with a disability to support them to learn workplace skills, achieve productivity goals and build confidence in a structured warehouse environment.You'll focus on what people can do, supporting them to build on their strengths and reach their employment goals at a pace that works for them.Providing friendly,
