With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we're building strong teams now to lead the change.Corowais part of that journey, and we're looking for a hands-on Retail Assistant Store Manager help drive it forward.In this role, you'll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first.
You'll be actively involved in day-to-day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that's ready to deliver excellent results and embrace what's ahead.What you'll be doing:Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagementTake a hands-on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targetsHelp create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment where team members feel supported and empoweredCoach and develop team members, building capability and a positive,
