We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join our Deer Park dealership.In this position you will be responsible for all functions relating to Registrations, Sales Support and Stock Control.This includes:Processing paperwork for direct vehicle purchases, vehicles sold/swapped, freight, trades, invoicing, payments, etc.
;Accurate and timely registrations of all vehicles;Facilitating the movement of vehicles throughout the dealerships;Organising & auditing retail/fleet vehicle paperwork;Processing traffic infringements; andOther administration tasks that relate to the sales support office functionsThe successful applicant will possess:Automotive Industry experience in a sales support role – highly regardedNational Police Certificate – mandatory requirementUnderstanding of vehicle stock movements, associated documents & processesSkills to manage a multi-task workload, meet priorities and varying demandsSelf-motivation, initiative and problem solving expertiseWhat we offer:Supportive team environmentA rewarding roleUniform suppliedThis is an outstanding chance to join a highly successful business and a dedicated team!
