Key Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in line with established proceduresConduct regular bank and account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate payment runs and ensure outgoing payments are processed correctly and on scheduleManage billing processes, including raising invoices and following up on outstanding accountsPrepare routine financial reports and summaries for the finance team and relevant stakeholdersSupport month-end close activities and help maintain organised, accurate financial records
About You
1+ years' experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation and billingHigh attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial recordsAble to work independently and collaborate across finance and operations teamsProfessional proficiency in Mandarin and English
